Local suppliers have been engaged and developed long term relationships within the framework provided by the quality system, in order to meet Innomech’s needs and standards without incurring cost and wastage themselves. A risk based approach, where engineers work with customers to undertake risk assessments throughout the project, are often where the ‘real’ problems are solved. GB Innomech have found that these problems are often different to those first perceived, which has led to a strong reputation for providing innovative solutions within regulated environments.
