Corporate Resume
Established in 1984 in Wichita, KS, TEC has become a leading electrical, instrumentation and controls services provider with current customer engagements across North America. We have a reputation for high performance, high value industrial automation and electrical services for manufacturing facilities. Our customers have learned they can trust TEC to treat their valuable production assets as if they were our own. Our first customer is still our customer today! TEC specializes in plant-level solutions that are standardized and robust, so that they are easy to maintain and highly reliable. TEC utilizes a robust project management methodology in which business objectives and outcomes, scope, deliverables, activities, roles and responsibilities, schedules and budgets are well defined. TEC’s project controls methodology ensures that the project is closely monitored, and that risks and issues are identified early so that proactive corrective action can be carried out. TEC provides these services from turn-key automation systems on large Greenfield facilities to small projects, and support work. Typical engineering solutions include: power systems design, plant network design, PLC, HMI, VFD, and SCADA solutions, PLC loop tuning, solution migration, and enterprise integration. Other industrial services include onsite technicians, plant power studies, facility assessments, arc flash surveys, automation support and remote monitoring. Electrical solutions include commercial construction, data & telecom, Cat 6 cabling/termination, high voltage wiring, panel design/build, and process instrumentation. TEC''s engineers and technicians are well versed in a broad range of technologies. Technology capabilities include Rockwell Automation, GE Intelligent Platforms, Invensys Wonderware, Schneider Electric, Solarsoft Informance, and Network Vision, to name a few. .
