The OBG Control Systems Integration (CSI) division has been providing advanced manufacturing solutions and control services over the past 25 years. Our CSI division is part of a larger Advanced Manufacturing group and even larger multi-disciplined engineering and construction firm giving us access to engineering and construction resources most other integrators do not have in house. Our CSI division design services includes everything within the project life cycle, we develop system solutions for power distribution, custom PLC /DCS panels, network architectures, PLC/DCS programming, HMI/SCADA development, data collection and storage, cloud/web solutions, advanced system reporting and process engineering. We have in-house corporate standards for the entire design/build life cycle or we can comply with your corporate standards. Ours include system planning (specifications, P&ID development, sequence of operations); electrical schematics (power distribution, control schematics, loop drawings, network diagrams) panel build and testing (factory acceptance testing, sight acceptance testing) and system commissioning. We are a unique blend of control system, computer, and electrical engineers; system integrators, electricians, computer scientists, programmers, designers and fabricators that understand and design process control systems. Our solutions include control system design, programming and user interface development using the latest hardware and software platforms to meet the requirements for every unique project.
