The Instrumentation & Automation business unit of Relevant Solutions specializes in the specification, design, and implementation of data acquisition, process control, and ESD systems for batch and continuous process equipment. The company has designed and integrated over 1,000 systems over its 36+ year history. Control system specification services include site surveys to review existing systems and the generation of functional specifications. Control system design services include process control strategy and/or sequential logic development, system electrical, power distribution and field connection design, control loop design, cabinet, panel and skid mechanical design. Relevant Solutions project engineers are experienced with all major PLCs and hybrid DCS platforms and offer application expertise to provide the most efficient, economical, and clear programming techniques available for the required control functions. In addition, Relevant Solutions HMI/SCADA programmers can provide a complete operator interface and SCADA solution to accompany the control system. Communication interface, graphics, trending, alarm screens, and reports can be reviewed, tested, and approved prior to shipment. Control system construction services include shop-based cabinet assembly, wiring, piping, and testing. Systems are fabricated, debugged, and tested at the Relevant Solutions facility in Houston using on-staff assembly and wiring technicians. Relevant Solutions does not rely on third party fabricators to integrate projects.
