The OXKO Corporation was founded in the spring of 1985 in Annapolis, Maryland by Steven W. Oxman as a knowledge transfer organization. The knowledge transfer was aided by the use of artificial intelligence, expert systems, knowledge based systems, database systems, and information systems. Since the early days, OXKO has developed technical expertise in a number of other areas to support its clients and to continue to move forward in and with the ever-changing world. These areas include very large database systems, custom software development, groupware systems, systems integration, web-based systems, data mining, local/wide area networking, and wireless networking.
