Lanco Assembly Systems has pionerred the modular assembly system which includes the standard Lanco HFL2002S Pallet Transfer System. Lanco has also developed a complete modular rotary dial system that incorporates the syncronous aspects of the rotary with the modular application of Lanco standards, including a modular controls system architecture. As a complete system integrator, Lanco's in-house capabilities include mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development and implementation, machine tool manufacturing, integration, and full in-field service support. Lanco Assembly Systems specializes in the Medical Device Assembly and has developed a modular non-syncronus platform with a capability of 80-100 parts per minute. In addition complete automation solutions in the automotive sector which includes systems assembling and testing vehicle safety systems, fuel systems, solenoids, engine management control system, and various electronic switches. Mobile phone applications are implemented in N. America, S. America, Europe, and Asia. Consumer products and appliances represents a significant portion of the company's business, again suppplying to some the most recognised organizations in these sectors. Our recent expansion into Asia (2007) includes offices in Shanghai and Honk Kong supporting our Medical Device, Automotive and Consumer Product manufacturing customers in China and Southeast Asia.
