Blue Pike, Inc. is a small group of talented process control professionals, combining over 50 years of industry experience. Mark Coonrod and Brian Sims founded Blue Pike, Inc. in Pensacola, FL in 2004, after having worked together through various control system integration firms for many years. Blue Pike provides top quality solutions to their customers’ control system needs. Over the last few years, they have concentrated on migrating existing legacy control systems to Emerson's state-of-the-art DeltaV. Blue Pike personnel have the experience necessary to digest large amounts of data into understandable pieces. They can resolve even highly technical issues through simple and direct questions and answers. Blue Pike personnel have experience with, and understanding of, legacy control systems such as Rosemount System 3, Fisher PROVOX, and Bailey Infi-90. Blue Pike believes that conducting a thorough factory acceptance test with a completed configuration package is invaluable for reducing check-out and start-up time, as well as establishing and building the confidence of plant personnel in the new control system. Blue Pike can provide remote troubleshooting and control changes and enhancements via telephone or network connection. (They offer RS3view to accomplish this on RS3 systems.) They can provide training classes and manuals covering maintenance, operational, and/or safety aspects of each control system. They hope to support each system long after start-up is complete.
