We have a great deal of experience in automation/instrumentation engineering design and development. Alpha Controls can design systems from the conceptual stage forward through to implementation. Design documentation is provided as needed. Alpha Controls can specify and assist in the procurement of instrumentation and peripheral equipment for small to medium size projects.We provide everything from valve sizing calculations to complete instrumentation solutions for the safe operation processing plants. Control Panel Design and Build:Alpha Controls can specify and build control panels as per customer requirements to suit any application. We can build from customer specifications and drawings or we can provide drawings as per our customer requirements. Alpha Controls will complete a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the system prior to customer acceptance and installation. This testing can be completed in the customers office or the fabrication facility as per the customers requirements. Site Acceptance Test (SAT), commissioning and start-up activities can also be provided. Alpha Controls has experience in design, programming and implementation of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Using the safety life cycle principles as found in IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 we can complete the safety system requirements.
