The automation department from the Processing Solutions Division in Tetra Pak Hispania develops automation projects for the food industry on processes designed for our own process engineering. We use architectures from modular control system to complete Plant automation systems. For that Tetra Pak uses the concept Tertra PlantMaster, which includes basic solutions based on PLC (Process Control) SCADA (User Interface) and is articulated on a number of advanced features. These advanced features covers of horizontally and vertically throughout the hierarchy of the automation pyramid. We have MES solutions as traceability (Production Tracking), Production Reports, Production Pnalysis, Batch Systems and communication systems with ERP (Production Dispatching).
