Our company owned 10,000 sq. ft. office facility is located in Sarnia’s Chemical Valley. Langtree Controls Ltd has a Certificate of Authorization from both the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. These certificates allow us to practice Professional Engineering in both Ontario and Alberta. Langtree has successfully completed hundreds of instrumentation and control projects for the petrochemical, chemical, food and beverage, and municipal industries, all across North America. We specialize in the system integration of many different kinds of control products, from micro PLCs, right up to million dollar DCS systems. Langtree maintains a full-time staff of over 35 technical people, with 15 professional engineers (members of the PEO). Our senior engineers typically have between 15 and 25 years of process control/systems integration experience. Most of our senior people spent their formative years working for large corporations in the petrochemical, fertilizer, steel, or food and beverage industries. Each of these industries is known for their high dollar value process equipment and large production downtime costs.
