Automation Engineering is a full service engineering company that specializes in industrial machine and control system design, conveyor system design, fabrication, installation, project management, and consulting. Locally owned, our conveyor division was established in 1985 and our automation division in 2003. As a representative of several major material handling manufacturers, we have completed installations in 23 states and Mexico. With nearly 150 years of combined experience, our personnel are poised to deliver our customers the service they deserve. Our Controls/Automation Division staff offer experience in machine design and troubleshooting, control system design and troubleshooting, programmable controls, motion control system, and operator interface systems. Automation Engineering’s field of controls expertise and services includes Allen-Bradley®, Siemens®, ABB® drives, ABB® Robotics, as well as custom machine and tooling design using Solid Works® and AutoCAD® software. Our staff of draftsmen, local college interns, and panel builders have diversified skills in creating electrical prints, mechanical prints, panel layouts, and shop experience for panel and machine assembly. Our Material Handling Division, JMH, offers material handling solutions, custom fabrication and installation services. Differentiating our company from our competitors is our ability to manufacture custom equipment on small or large scales. For this reason, JMH keeps a full-time staff at our fabrication and machining facility. Many systems depend on custom equipment to perform reliably. In addition to offering a large spectrum of standard components, JMH is able to design and construct even the most custom components and systems. This capability often sets our offerings apart from the rest of the industry.
