Control Systems Engineering, Inc was founded in April 1999, by Eric A. Blom the principal. We are a California Corporation. Our primary market is the Wastewater and Water industries in Southern California. We focus on custom control panel fabrication, custom software applications for PLC's, PAC's, SCADA systems, Instrumentation, and Systems Integration. We are a California Licensed "B", General Building Contractor, and "C10" Electrical Contractor.
