We employ a project management based organization that provides our customers with a highly technical, single point contact who has the responsibility AND authority to insure that projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality. Each of our project managers has been responsible for projects ranging from less than $100,000 to more than $5,000,000US. As a small company we have the ability to cost effectively manage smaller projects (<$250K). With our strong project management team and financial backing, we also have the ability to handle larger projects ($250,000 - $4,000,000). Xigent was founded in June of 2005 by 16 investor / employees that had worked together for more than 20 years. This group alone represents over 400 man-years of experience in the Automation Industry. We now have 66 direct employees and at the end of our 7th full year we are operating at a run rate equal to $14,000,000 per year. We are going to grow the company to annual sales and revenues of $25,000,000 per year with just over 100 employees during the course of the next three to five years (and beyond).
